Unanswered: An alternative to Microsoft Data Control

An much easier way is to use the SCIROCCO DAO Data Control Tool

    http://www.geocities.com/scirocco_ha/DataControl.htm

All you do is drop the control on your bound form. Enter 1 line of code in the form load event:

    Set SciroccoDAOControl.Recordset = Me.Recordset

Now you can Navigate, Add New, Delete, Refresh, Search and Save Changes to your recordsets without any other code. That is really it, no other code is needed.

This works for Access. (There is also an alternative ADO control for Visual Basic not to be mixed with the DAO control for Access)

Let me know what you think.
