Angry Unanswered: Procedure to add data into a table

I have a table (A) with owners of schemas in one table - owner_id, ownername. In another table (B) - (with data created from 3 other tables) - owner_id, name,data1,data2,
I have data each belonging to the table owner. That means, if there are 19 owners, I would have 19 (B) tables. I want to create a procedure that when executed, would concatenate the ownername in table Awith the tablename in table B and place the new data into a new temp table.
I used to write PL/SQL and SQL but haven't used it in 2 years. Any help would be much appreciated.

    i.e
    ownername1.owner_id
    ownername1.name
    ownername1.data1
    ownername1.data2
