    Unhappy help on normalization

hi to all.. i am new here and i need help on normalization. i came up with an EERD and derived the following entities from below

i do know some stuff about normalization but this monster table has me all confused...i derived all the attributes(in first normal form...i think??) from an EERD i designed from a given situation...
i would really appreaciate all the help i can get.. thanks
