    Unhappy Unanswered: windows XP

hi, I have my original windows xp cd. I will show or prove it to any one that can help me. I changed my case about a year ago and have now found out that the windows key was on the case. Can anyone help me to find out what my original key was or one that will work for my cd. I have formatted my hard drive and now I cannot use my cd to reinstall windows xp. I have windows 98 so i re installed that for now.

    Thank you

    Jack

p.s. I am asking here because I read some of the forum and believe microsoft does check this forum.

    Hi,

It should also be on the manual provided along with the CD. Please do check all the documentation supplied to you along with the CD

"Maybe" Microsoft employees read the SQL Server forum, but I don't think they read the IBM DB2 forum (this one).

Yes, go to a Microsoft forum. This is an IBM forum dealing with IBM's DB2 database.
