    Unanswered: DB2 - OS 390 Insert Question

    Hi,
I am trying to execute a insert query in db2 v7.1 running under mainframe OS - 390 as like the bellow.

    ""
    INSERT INTO db2schema.PERS_NAME(PERS_NAME_I, PERS_NAME_TYPE_C, FRST_N, MID_INIL_N, LAST_N ) VALUES
    ( 40632, 'AKA', 'Test','M', 'Raj'), ( 40633, 'AKA', 'Test1', 'M', 'Raj'), ( 40634, 'AKA', 'Test','M', 'Raj')

    """"

My Question is, this same query works in my Windows NT db2, but failing to do it in the db2 running OS-390. Does this environment dosen't support like the insert I am doing in above. Please advise.
    Appreciate your help.

    Thanks,
    Anto.

Our application itself captures the error and it says like
    "," is not allowed.

Version 7 of OS/390 db2 does not support multirow inserts ...

    FYI, V8 does
