    Unanswered: create_parameter_list()

    SETUP: Forms 9i, 9iDB

    Forms documentation refers to and displays the specifications for the function create_parameter_list(). However I am receiving and error that says:
    error 221 at line 6, column 2
    'CREATE_PARAMETER_LIST' is not a function or is undefined.

    Does anyone what is up here?

    Here is my code:
    DECLARE
    rep_params VARCHAR2(80) := 'params';
    rep_params_id PARAMLIST;
    BEGIN

    create_parameter_list(rep_params);

    ADD_PARAMETER(rep_params, 'WORK_ORDER_ARG', TEXT_PARAMETER, :mdm_control_recipes.work_order);
    ADD_PARAMETER(rep_params, 'REPRINT', TEXT_PARAMETER, NULL);

    RUN_REPORT_OBJECT('Verification_Sheet', rep_params_id);

    DESTROY_PARAMETER_LIST(rep_params_id);
    END;

    Does anyone know how to create a parameter list if the create function is not available?

    Also, on closer inspection it appears that
    RUN_REPORT_OBJECT('Verification_Sheet', rep_params_id);

    does not like something about its arguments. This form is also described in the documentation

    FYI- The problem is that create_parameter_list expects to but its return value someplace. An error message to that effect like 'This is a function, you must store the return" instead of "This is not a procedure" would be more helpful for us week minded types.
