Dear Team,

I have an MS-SQL Query shown below

ALTER TABLE [Emp_table] ADD
[EMPID] UNIQUEIDENTIFIER
CONSTRAINT [CONSTRAINT_NAME] UNIQUE NONCLUSTERED ON [INDEX]
CONSTRAINT [emp_constraint] DEFAULT NEWID()

In Oracle, I was not able to add all the constraints to the column "EMPID".
The Oracle Query :

ALTER TABLE EMP_TABLE
ADD
(
EMPID ROWID CONSTRAINT CONSTRAINT_NAME UNIQUE USING INDEX
CONSTRAINT EMP_CONSTRAINT DEFAULT SYS_GUID()
)

I also encountered another error. The column datatype "ROWID" did not match with the default dataype "SYS_GUID()". This was thrown when i attempted with only default constraint.

Is there any equivalent conversion for the above query in Oracle.
Your help will be greatly appreciated

Thanks
Sridhar
