    Unanswered: Unable to display form

A simple form I have shows only the header; the detail section is blank and shows no fields. I worked on this a week ago and it was fine. I came back to it to add functionality but cannot display all of the form in view mode. What could be the problem? The form is based on a query and the latter exists and pull data from the table.

    Exclamation Form with no data

Run the query first and check if there is data first.

    Regards..

Auto resize is set to Yes, but I tried No as well. The form does not display. Re data, there is no data in the table, so the query does not show any. But, that should not affect the form which is for data entry?

Ok, some little progress with my investigation.

To recall, the detail section of my form is blank, with no fields, when opened in form view (they show up in design mode). The form is based on a query that links four tables (tables A,B,C have 1:m; between C and D it is 1:1).

Table D had no data to begin with, but the form still opened a week ago when I last looked at it. I tried entering some test data, and the form opened, but when the record in table D was deleted, the form would not display once again.

    Any insights/help is greatly appreciated.

Have you set the dataentry bit on the form to yes?
