Install Oracle Client on remote machine
Configure Oracle Networking -- you'll need to know the hostname (computer name) of the Oracle Server, as well as network protocol (usually TCP/IP), port number, etc.
Use any number of query tools, such as SQL*Plus

You can do it in a very simple way. Firsrt Setup Oracle on ir Client machnie. Now if inserver Oarcle setup in like path "c:\Oracle"
Then Copy the two files "tnsname.ora" and "sqlnet.ora" File
From "C:\oracle9\ora81\network\ADMIN" and paste / Replace these two 2 file in the same location in the client.Thats all.Enjoy
