Unanswered: Print labels with complete address only

How do I print labels from a table using only those records whose address is complete?

My address fields are pretty typical with name, address, city/state and Zip

    Perplexed

I have learned alot from this forum - Thanks to everyone

Only print records where the value IS NOT NULL for each field.

    SELECT *
    FROM t1
WHERE address IS NOT NULL AND state IS NOT NULL AND zip IS NOT NULL

    etc..

    Thank you.

I am thinking this code would go into the On Print for the detail section of the report?? or possibly On Open for the report itself??

Nothing so complicated. It should just be set as the datasource for the report. Then all the incomplete records will be filtered out before they ever hit the report.
If it's not practically useful, then it's practically useless.

Thanks for catching that for me.

I should have specified that was SQL code for the RecordSource on the report.

Thanks fellows. Got it to work.

Teddy you gave me an opportunity to think the process out and try some individual (although flawed) reason.

Applying information with your own brain is an opportunity to grow, handing everything on a silver platter makes one lazy. You did me a hugh favor.
