I have a list of organiations with the absence rates of their employees calculated off a formula. I have grouped them by location ID, but now I need to sort them by descending absence rates. help !

    Hi,

I've only been working with Crystal for a VERY short time but this might help. Try adding another group for absence rates. This will give you an option of ascending/descending and allow you to choose the frequency(day/month/quarter/year etc.) Hope this helps. I don't know of any other way to sort a group.

    Good Luck,

    Dave

    Hi dave,

    Thanks for your reply.

The problem is that the formula for absence rates does not appear in the list of report fields on which i can group! all the other formulas are there.

I guess this is because this particular formula uses another one to calculate the absenteeism... ?

Thanks anyway ! I appreciate your input.
