    Arrow Unanswered: switchboard

    Hi

How to create a switch board/ or something with buttons that opens up a report(Already created)

So when the user clicks on the button it will display this report

    2) part is how do i make a list box for the report so that user choses a query ( which is the combination of numbers)

Personally I prefer to use a blank form rather than using access's built in switchboard.

    1. create a blank form
    2. use the toolbox and drop a button onto your form and you can use the wizard.

or create a form, add a button click on the properties for the button. go to the events tab and select 'on click' then click the 3 dots to the right and select 'code builder'

    In here place
    Code:

     DoCmd.OpenReport YourReportName, acPreview
As for the second part of your question need a bit more info, but think you may require a combo box rather than list box
