Unanswered: How to set password to be not expired permanently?

If anyone of you know the command to set password to be not expired permanently, I would apprecaite you assistance. Basically I need their password to be not expired so that I can run a cron job infinitely without having to set the password after the expired period. Thank in advance for your help.
