    Unanswered: Reference Libraries

I have an app that is distributed to new computers about once a week.
One problem I have is that many time the IT guys that set the computers up don't know to install the extra reference libraries needed for my app to run, so it crashes when the new user tries to run the app.

I'd like to put some kind of trap in to keep the crash from happening.
Is there a way to see if a particular reference library is installed on that computer using VBA?

    Thanks

Get Office Developer Toolkit and create an installation pack that contains the reference libraries and this is what you give to the IT guys. This way you leave nothing to chance.

But wouldn't I still have to count on the IT guys to remember to run the
installation pack when they install OfficeXP? That's not very likely to happen. They just do the basic stuff. Everything else is up to me.

Does anyone know of another method to solve this?
