Question Unanswered: how tables are used within procedure

Is there a way to find from the list of procedures which tables are read only (input) or update (input/output) or insert (output), etc...

I am looking for some utility or tool to help me analyze which package is reading and writing which tables. Dependency can give me is the table is used or not, but to find out if the table in used input or output - how to find out.

I would really appreciate, if any one can point me to the right direction.
    Thanks
