    1) Use Sybase Component Integration System
    2) Sybase bcp + Oracle Import/export
    3) heterogenous replication

    instead Oracle's Import/Export you should consider sqlldr which is the equivalent to Sybase' bcp . IMP/EXP won't work though they have their own proprietary code ...

    Sybase ASE CD comes with a free copy of Power Designer. Once you've installed Power Designer, download the Sybase Power Transfer plugin from the Sybase site. Power Transfer is very easy to setup for data migration from most popular RDBMS's to ASE storage.
