Unanswered: how to compare a sys_context value with a text file

I need compare a text file with a sys_context value in Oracle.
For example I have a text file containing following roles
    EMP MGR CEO
    HR

    and I have a sys_context as following:

    sys_context ("context_name", "role_name")

Is there any way I can compare sys_context value with roles I defined in the txt file?
    many thanks.

Yes, it can be done with a Small Matter Of Programming (SMOP), but it won't be simple, flexible or robust. Unless all you need is to decide
whether there is a 100% match or NOT.
You can lead some folks to knowledge, but you can not make them think.
The average person thinks he's above average!
For most folks, they don't know, what they don't know.
Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement.
