    Smile Unanswered: check box in a report

    Hey:

    I' m a form (frmPass) with a resources sources a table tblPass: the fields are: Name,TypeofPass,TypeofCustomer, RequestTime, ReturnTime. In my form I am a option group(check box) to a TypeOfPass and other option group to TypeofCustomer(check box). When I print a report of this form the I need if the value that I select in a check box appera in my report. Please help me

    In other words:
    My form is a data entry form and have two option group.

    1.TypeofCustomerEmployee or Contractor)
    2.TypeofPassLoans or Donation)

    When I select a button print. I need that print this record with the information that I fill.

    My query to this report have a criteria: SELECT [tblPass].[Number], [tblPass].[Current Date], [tblPass].[Customer value], [tblPass].[Name], [tblPass].[Phone], [tblPass].[EmployeeID], [tblPass].[DepartmentName], [tblPass].[Type of Pas Value], [tblPass].[ProductDesc], [tblPass].[RequestDate], [tblPass].[ReturnDate] FROM tblPass WHERE (([tblPass]![Number]=[Forms]![frmPass]![Number]));[Forms]![frmPass]![Number]

    Just put a TextBox on your report and, for its ControlSource, enter something like the following:

    =If(forms![frmPass]![TypeOfCustomer]=0,"Employee","Contractor")

    The other TextBox would have a ControlSource of:

    =If(forms![frmPass]![TypeOfPass]=0,"Loans","Donation")
