Question Unanswered: adding zeros to the front of a number

how do I add zeros to the front of a number and then save it in a table.
eg. if the value in the table is 7, then it must change to 007.

    thanks in advance

Re: adding zeros to the front of a number

You cannot store numbers with leading zeroes. But you CAN display them as such.

Set the number field's Format property to, for example, 000, which would mean that all numbers would be displayed as 021, 103, 092 etc. Add more zeroes for larger numbers.

    Hope this helps!!!
