    Unanswered: SQL on the fly

I am trying to build the INSERT, UPDATE & DELETE DML's on the fly by passing the table_name and the data row as the parameter.

I am trying to get the KEYS and COLUMNS from the Dictionary for the table_name that is passed as a Parameter.

I know there is a way to handle these type of situations in PL/SQL using PL/SQL tables. If someone has dealt with similar situation before, please shed some light.

    Any help is appreciated.

You need to use EXECUTE IMMEDIATE after you have built the SQL statement
You can lead some folks to knowledge, but you can not make them think.
The average person thinks he's above average!
For most folks, they don't know, what they don't know.
