    Question Unanswered: Bloating Problems

Is there a way to have Access automaticly do compact when no one is my access database. People get in and out of it all day long and the database gets very large (100 meg) by the end of the day. I try to compact it by the time of leave, but it would be nice if it could do it by itself?

    Thanks.

How about compact on close? Whenever the last person using the database closes it, it will compact. If it has recently been compacted, the process is pretty fast, so very few people will notice.

Thank you. That seems to work out wonderfully.
