    Unanswered: Detecting keystrokes

    hi all,

    i'm creating a bound control in a form. and this control's value is required by some other controls in the same form. therefore any change in the control's value affects others.

    Does anyone noes how to capture the keystroke of the user? like when he pressed on backspace or delete?

    thx in advance.

    Since the user inputs his data in a TextBox;
    Try the KeyPress event of a TextBox.

    will the KeyPress Event work on a combo box?
    I'm not capturing the ABCs the user typed in but the special function keys like backspace, delete and ALT...
