    Unanswered: Function Problem

    Please help me....

Using Ltrim() function, I've got an error message saying "This expression is typed incorrectly, or it is too complex to be evaluated." It only appears when i run Access 97 in Windows XP but the system runs smoothly in Windows 98 platform.

    Somebody help me please...

I haven't heard of this problem before, but does Trim or Rtrim give the same issues ?

I take it, this is in a Query and not code/VBA

    Regards

Left (or any other function) init of itself will not cause this error ... How are you using it?
