Unanswered: I want rectangle as background

Hi people. I am having a problem while designing a Form.

I want a filled rectangle as background of some controls. But the comboboxes I have don't want to appear, they stay behind the filled rectangle.

    Any idea?

    Thank you very much.

I just created a form with a rectangle and combobox with no problem ... In what order did you create the controls?

First the combobox and then the rectangle

the form is set out in layers, you need to do it in the reverse way, so rectangle first, then combo, otherwise it will be hidden under the rectangle.

Ok, thank you. It helps me, but do you know how to change it. Cause I already create several controls before the filled rectangle. Can I have access to the layers? Or some way to tell to the rectangle to go back?

    Thank you.

    Hi,
You can use the "send to back" command from the Format menu.

In design view, select the rectangle. Then go to your toolbar and select "Format". Next select "Send to Back". This will place your rectangle behind the controls. To add to the effects of the rectangle, change the border to a color that is different than the background.

    I hope this helps.

Select the rectangle (if thats what you want behind the combo) and then from the menu bar select
    format
    send to back
