I understand that adding pictures to a database using a bound OLE object can really bloat it. And I cant refernce to files that would store the jpegs because Im using a MYSQL server over a network as the backbone. So Ive found this cute ACTIVEX component which loads images as raw data and saves it as an OLE object (same as reading the files byte by byte), its called ActiveImage.
The problem is - what now? How can I use the data without extracting it to a file and then loading it again from that temp file? I need a way to stream the info to an object which will display the images...
