Unanswered: Controlling the visible property of text labels from a query

I am creating a database to keep track of hire bike bookings. I want to be able to find out which bikes are available on a certain date. On the booking form if the bikes are booked out the Yes/No box is ticked. I have created a query that requests a date and sums up other fields on that date, i.e. if a bike is booked out on a certain date the query will return a -1 in that field. On a seperate form i have text labels with the names of the bikes. I want the label to be visible if the query returns a 0. Any advice on how to do this would be much appreciated.

    IIF([BikeIsOut],"",[NameOfBike])

    ...either in the query
SELECT blah, blah, iif([BikeIsOut],"",[NameOfBike]) AS [showThis], blah, blah
    ...and display [showThis]

    or

as the default value of a (locked, disabled, transparent, no border) textbox = IIF([BikeIsOut],"",[NameOfBike])
