I had DB2 version 7.1 with fix pack 3 and it worked fine with Arabic. I inserted arabic with the following java code:

perparedStatement.setBytes(position,dataStirng.get Bytes(Encoding))
[where Encoding = "ISO-8859-1"]

Now I upgraded to Fix Pack 11 and I can't seem to insert arabic anymore no matter what encoding I try. I have tried UTF-8,UTF-16,UTF-16LE,ISO-8859-1,CP420,CP1256,even WINDOWS-1256.

What am I doing wrong, not doind or should have done?

Here's my DB2 CLI file.
