"doesn't seem to work" is 100% void of useful information or details.

It used to work for me but it has been superceded by 9iAS R2 here.

ok :I get the following when compiling oracle forms in Unix

    a)error ksh: f60gen: 'not found'
I am trying to compile from the following:
    f60gen /egroup1/apps/ebs_SUPP/EFT_System/forms/ASTRCALL.fmb apps/apps output_files=$AST_TOP/forms/ASTRCALL.fmx

    b) I tried inserting the eco $Ast_top.., I get
    ksh:AST_TOP/forms/ASTRCALL.fmx: not found
    Cheers

The directory in which f60gen resides is not found in your PATH.

    find $ORACLE_HOME -name f60gen -ls
The command above should show you where f60gen resides.

this can be closed --found out that oracle 11i apps is in the second oracle_home dir as we have 8.1.6 in the first oracle home and 11i in the second, to which now I can find and use f60gen
