Unanswered: HELP - Send Email Not As Attachment

    Hi All,

I know how to create a command button control to send a report as an attachment in an email in Access 2002.

Is there a way to send the report **NOT** as an attachment. i.e. the text in the report would be the body of the email message itself, without the need for an attachment?

    Thanks.

    Henry

    Try this:

    DoCmd.SendObject acSendReport, "YourReportName", "acFormatTXT", _
YourEMailAddress, "", "", "This is your Subject", "Message Text", False, ""

You could also format the data as text and put it into a variable that replaces the "Message Text" argument
