    Unanswered: Calculating time between appointments

    I work for on a scheme that has clients referred to it for a period of 1 year, throughout this year the client is seen at an initial, 6 week, 12 week, 6 month, and 12 month appointment.

    Can anybody tell me if it is possible set up a field to calculate the number of months somebody has been on the scheme since there initial appointment.

    This would be very useful as it would allow me to calculate the percentage of people who attend each appointment taking into consideration people who have not been on the scheme long enough to be due certain appointments

    yep, use this expression:

    DaysDifference: DateDiff("y",[table].[date started field],Now())

    The "y" is days, you can also use "d" im not sure what the difference is.
    "m" is month
