Unanswered: FRM-10095 error
Im having a problem when using oracle forms builder 9i. I get the error message (image shown below) when trying to insert a particular table as a new block in the Block Wizard. When i click help i get this information:
FRM-10095: Assertion failed in %s, at %s:%d.
Cause:__An internal inconsistency was detected.
Action:__Contact an Oracle support representative, and proceed with caution.
Please can somebody tell me whats going on?

Problem Description -------------------
Try to create a form based on a stored procedure, having a Boolean or rowid parameter.
With Forms 126.96.36.199 on NT FRM-10095: Assertion failed in iewbdbc_oracle_to_id, at E:\f994w32\src\ie\iewbdb.c:693
With Forms 188.8.131.52 on NT FRM-10095: Assertion failed in iewbdbc_oracle_to_id, at E:\f994w32\src\ie\iewbdb.c:695
With Forms 184.108.40.206 on NT FRM-10095: Assertion failed in iewbdbc_oracle_to_id, at E:\f992w32\src\ie\iewbdb.c:663
With Forms 220.127.116.11 on Sun FRM-10095: Assertion failed in iewbdbc_oracle_to_id, at iewbdb.c:701
With Forms 18.104.22.168 on Digital Unix FRM-10095: Assertion failed in iewbdbc_oracle_to_id, at /m/if_src_17src/ie/iewbdb.c:701
Solution Description --------------------
As workaround, convert the parameter into Varchar2.
The problem is BOOLEAN and ROWID data types. It works well with VARCHAR2, NUMBER, LONG, DATE, RAW, LONG RAW, CHAR and MLSLABEL data types (with Forms 22.214.171.124).
