    I have a Yes/No field that correspondes with a date field. Is there a way to automatically get a check in the Yes/No field if there is a date in my date field ??? If so how do i go about doing this

    Hi:

    Yes, there is a way to do this; however, I think that we would need more information.

    I'll assume that you are entering the date in a form and the checking a box on the form in order to populate the Yes\No field. Is this correct?

    Give us some more detail about your and we can give you a solution.
    Cheers,
    Ken

    Thanks for responding,

    That is correct just the way you put it. Would that be possible with just a macro or would i have to write VB ??

    Perhaps code behind the form of the date control's AfterUpdate property:

    If Not IsNull(MyDateControl) Then
    MyYNControl = True
    Else
    MyYNControl = False
    End If
