How about "Chaos theory, and other IT managment styles" for a start?

For a more practical approach, you could use: "We have Delphi, is there any need for Oracle?"

This one only works in English, but "Can spreadsheets really Excel at database tasks?"

Who knows, this posting may spark some additional thoughts for you!
