    Unanswered: Data Type Conversion Error

I've made a database in MS Access 2000 and connected it to a form in VB6. When I run the form I can view the data, change the data and add new data, but when I try to delete data and move to a different field, I get the error message - 'Data Type Conversion Error'

Why is this and can it be fixed?

    Please help.

How are you connecting the form to the data?

Are you just deleting one field, or the entire row. Just check that the field you are deleting isn't required in the table. Is the deletion done through code?

its happen when i delete a field, like i'll enter something in the field then delete it right away then try to move to a different field and then i'll get the error.

Check your table design, and make sure that the field isn't required.
