Is it an Access? If yes then you have to use the ACCE$$ developer Edition so you will be able to make a stand alone application which doesn't need Acce$$

I am not sure... The Package and Deployment wizard that comes with Access Developer, at least the one that I had with the 2000 Office before (came with MSDN disk) had never worked correctly for me. I was struggling for some time and then decided to try out InstallShield, which I am using even now.

And, to have the "Access runtime" functionality, you can always use the ART install that comes with the Office Developer, and just include this in your installation package.
Replies based on my configuration: Windows XP / Microsoft Office Access 2003 unless specified otherwise.
