    Unanswered: jdbc-driver for os/390

    hi all,

    i give it up ... ibm-sites are a pure disaster to find anything ...
    help me ...

    where can i find the newest jdbc-driver for os/390 ...

    It comes with DB2 connect ...

    The latest version of DB2 connect is Version 8 and in addition you'll have to download fixpack 5 ... I'm not sure it is available for download ... DB2 Connect is a chargeable product ....

    But, 'latest version' you want to use may depend on what version of db2 you are running on os390

    There are also third parties who give jdbc connectivity, but again, they are charged

    hi sathyaram,

    thank you ...

    we dont have os/390, but i want to prepare my java-application for testing it tomorrow on os/390 so i need now the driver ... i have db2-connect "on Linux for S/390 and zSerias 8.1" .. do you know the name of the jar file for os/390?
