Unanswered: Cannot find OracleorahomeTNSListener on windows 2000 Server

I installed Oracle9i Enterprise Edition on Windows 2000 server and cannot find OracleorahomeTNSListener entry under Services.
How can I create one so that I can connect to the server remotely?

    Thanks in advance!

I assume you did a software only install?

You can create the tnslistener by running the Net Configuration Assistant which should have an icon under Oracle - ORA9i_HOME from the start menu

I tried to create the listener using Net Configuration Assistant several times but it was hanging after I selected 'no' when asked 'would you like to configure another listener?' Don't know why....
