Unanswered: Oracle Reports Mutiple page report

I am generating a report using Oracle Reports 9i. The report works great when it's only one page. WHen the report is 2 pages, it cuts off when the page ends and throws the remaining data on the second page, which is normal. I need to make it that if it will be two pages that it starts the second page at a certain point in the report:
    EXAMPLE:

    The report
    START----------------------------PAGE
    SECTION A
    DATA
    DATA
    SECTION B
    DATA
    DATA
    SECTION C
    DATA
    END OF---------------------------PAGE
DATA <-- Gets cut off to page 2

I'd like to set the cutoff for the beggining of SECTION C.
Can that be done? Thanks for any help.

Did you try to put the "Page Protect" (for desired section(s)) to YES?

Yes I did. I did page protect for a frame I put around it, but that only moved the frame to the next page. I then tried placing page protect on the top of the section (The Label SECTION C) and that didn't move since it wasn't the cut off point? Any suggestions?
