Red face Unanswered: Negative Numbers In Reports?

It seems very simple, but I can't find the button...

I have reports with simple totals (SUM) of client demographic data (age=avg, M, F, income ranges, etc) qry, the totals are correct, but the number is expressed as a 'negative' number (eg: -17 or -32)
The SUMs are drawn from true/false boxes...then NOT NULL is fields are totalled...

I can't for the life of me find a way to get rid of it--I have toggled everything I can find in the textbox...
Do I have to set a criteria in the qry or make changes in the table ...

Thx for what I am sure is a very simple answer...

    Re: Negative Numbers In Reports?

True values are stored with a value of (-1) and False values are stored as (0). So, mulitiplying your answer by (-1) should do the trick.

    Hope that helps.
