    Unanswered: Structure of a Table

    Hi!

As I have to check the structure of many tables for comparison and find it very inconvenient to study the structure of the tables in View Mode. Is there a similar command to export the structure of a table to a text format in ACCESS.

    Thanks in advance!

You might look at tables' structures in Design mode or with Tools | Relationships or even in design mode of a query.

Display the structure of a table

    Thanx for the previous reply.

however, what I would to have is the text format of the structure of a table in the database. As I have to compare the structure of various table and it's more convenient for me to print out the struture of the tables for comparison. There are large number of fields in the tables for comparison.

    Thanks again in advance.

    regards,

Tools->Analyze->Documenter ... Select the Table tab and go to town ...
