Question Unanswered: crystal Enterprise 10 - SMTP Error

I hope that someone can help me with this. I am trying to schedule a report to automatically send a scheduled report through email after the scheduled event is processed. I have set up the Report Server with all of the SMTP information needed, and I get the following error:

    server error. CrystalEnterprise.Smtp: SMTP_E_COMMAND_NOT_IMPL(502)

I searched Crystal Decisions and have found nothing in requard to this message. If anyone has experienced this error, and knows of a solution, I would greatly appreciate the help.

Here is a link to a page listing the RFC 821 error messages - http://www.catalyst.com/support/rfc/rfc0821.html

The TURN command may be used to reverse the roles of the two
programs communicating over the transmission channel.

If program-A is currently the sender-SMTP and it sends the TURN
command and receives an ok reply (250) then program-A becomes the
    receiver-SMTP.

If program-B is currently the receiver-SMTP and it receives the
TURN command and sends an ok reply (250) then program-B becomes
    the sender-SMTP.

To refuse to change roles the receiver sends the 502 reply.
