    With which SQL instructions one can regard the procedures and/or functions, which were written in PL-SQL (sourcecode? params?...)? Can anybody help me?

    any/all DML
    DDL can be run using EXECUTE IMMEDIATE
    You can lead some folks to knowledge, but you can not make them think.
    The average person thinks he's above average!
    For most folks, they don't know, what they don't know.

    If you want to see the source code then:

    select text from dba_source
    where name=... and owner=...
    order by line;

    Or use Oracle Enterprise Manager.

    Or use dbms_metadata.get_ddl
