    Unanswered: Merge Reports to Email

    I have some VBA setup to open 3 reports at once. I was wondering how to get these 3 reports to be combined into only one .wrd file or .pdf file to email and if this is even possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    If you can

    Create 1 Master report with the other 3 reports as subreports, then you can prints all you reports as One report. The you can email all three reports as one.

    Thanks for the response.

    I hadn't thought about that. That would work great. How then would I go about writing code to make it export to word or a .pdf to email?

    Email it as a snapshot (maintains formating better then word)

    AS far as PDF, you will have to get a pdf writer and print you report as PDF and then email the printed (created) file

    Some allow for code to automate some of the processes.
