    Unanswered: Invoice to PDF

    I have invoices created Msaccess that I want to save as a PDF

    I have change the Page Setup to Use the Specific Printer
    and have pick the Acrobat Distiller
    When i sent that it ask me for a FileName
    so i Type in INV123 and it save it for me

    I know the Invoice number Before printing

    can i get some script doing it for me.

    will save HEAP of time

    I'm not sure exactly how Acrobat Distiller works, I use pdfMachine to print to .pdf.

    Anyway...a lot of those programs you can set to automatically save by using the document title as the filename.

    Then all you ahve to do is set the .caption property of the report to the invoice number, and you should be good to go.

    That's how I did it, let me know if you need any other help.
