    Unanswered: multiple evaluation criteria

    I have a situation where I would like to display a message based on multiple criteria:

    If Me!BillToID <> ShipToID And Me!Terms = "CODChk" Or "CODCash" Then
    MsgBox "Message"

    I can handle the Me!BillToID <> Me!ShipToID with IF THEN....And the second part with a CASE statement but I'm not sure how to put this all together.

    Any Ideas?

    In my opinion a lot of this sort of thing is much easier to do with macro actions.

    This part IBillToID <> ShipToID And Me!Terms is placed in the conditons column of the macro but written differently.

    If it is all be done of the active form then it is just

    [BillToID] <> [ShipToID]

    If open but non active form is involved then full naming is used

    [Forms]![FormName]![FirstFieldName] >= or And or = etc [Forms]![FormName]![SecondFieldName]

    Instead of opening an Access MsgBox I prefer to open a form as I can do a lot more with the form that opens. Might not want to do more today but might want to next week etc.
