    Unanswered: ASE Error message

    Hi everybody

I am using sybase 12.5.0.3 on Windows NT.

I am getting the following message two times when I check Proerties of logins using sybase central:
Cannot run query--referenced object(name NAME NOT RECOVERABLE)dropped during query optimization.

and then it displays the properties of the login.

I get this message for each login on server.

Can anybody help me to resolve this error.

    Rgds

    Wilson

check sp_configure "number of open objects" configuration parameter
and increase its value if its set to low. This error occurs when sybase fails to build an execution plan for a stored procedure or an ad-hoc query because a referenced object was not found. You can also refer to Sybase trouble shooting guide for error no. 225 write up

If increasing the parameter doesnt solve your problem , u may need to contact to Sybase Technical Support

Also, if you might have the following situation...

CR 300706 fixed in 12.5.1: A 540 error followed by a 225 error, will be raised when accessing a table, if a non clustered index is created on this table in the same batch.

I didnt see any error message in the errorlog regarding no. of open objects.
Infact I have tried option of increasing this config parameter but it doesnt help.
Secondly I dont see any error message which has been solved by CR 300706.
