    Unanswered: How to remove duplicate data

    I have a access database where ex-employee left behind with lot of unnecessory duplicated data .
    Can some one show me how to remove duplicate data using query .Then export the new query result to new database.

    Skip the deleting duplicates and export using distinct

    "SELECT DISTINCT yourField FROM yourTable"

    Will only return one record for each instance of a given value.

    Acce$$ has its own wizerd which helps you making a query for duplicates
