    Unanswered: Password a form

Is there a way to password protect just a form... without passwording the whole database?

Here is a simple way you could do it.

Make a form with only an unbound text box on it and we call the text box PassWord. Let's call this form PWord

On this form place a macro that has an open form action which opens the form you want to block by pass word. Lets call it MainForm.

    Now in the condition line

    [Forms]![PWord]![PassWord]=123456

The macro will then only open MainForm if 123456 has been entered in the text box PassWord.

And make the first line of your macro a SaveRecord action from DoMenuItem

    Once done that

I would Hide the Form as well

right click it Properties Select Hide

then Tools->Options->Views(tabs) untick hidden objects if not

What they can't see can't Delete open
    hope this help

    See clear as mud
