    Exclamation Unanswered: data recovery

    hi all
i am using oracle 8i. yesterday i entered some data in a tables.
when today i checked it in morning, i found that it was wrong. everything is commited. i cant opt for point in time recovery. because if i will go for incomplete recovery, i will lose a lot of data, which other users has entered.

is there any other way to take back table in old position, i e before entering of data

    thanks

logminer ... You can use old archive files and issue REDO commands from
it to set the data back to the way it was ...
