I have a letterhead in Word which is in a table with two cells.

Left cell has

Authorised Representative of John SMITH Pty Ltd
ABN 12 008 263 096 ASIC Licence No; 123456

and right cell has

Income Replacement
Trauma and TPD
Life Insurance

I can place a BookMark where JOHN SMITH appears and the data comes in from Access 95 (to Word 95) without problems. However, I am unable to get the data inserted into the BookMark to retain the font. It goes back to the general font of the letter. It is only in a table where I have this problem.

This letterhead has the address, phone numbers etc in a footer. Is there any way to have a BookMark in a footer.
